Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 4 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer's Request. So,We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.
For every refund,restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.
